We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer with expertise in 5D Quantities and Specifications to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately quantifying and specifying materials and resources required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 5D quantity take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive project estimates.

• Analyze and review project specifications to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for value engineering.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information for materials and resources.

• Assist in the development of project budgets and cost-control measures.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on 5D quantity and specification practices.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating, 5D quantity take-offs, and specification development.

• Proficiency in construction software such as Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and BIM 360.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Professional certification (CEC, CCCA) is preferred.
