Salary & Employment Details

• 💰PKR 100,000 – 150,000/month (paid in AUD, with room for growth)
• 🕒Full-time | 100% Remote (Pakistan-based)
• 📆Initially a 3-month contract (probation) → Long-term role with potential salary increase
• 🌏Work hours: Australian business hours (AEDT/AEST)

What You'll Do

• Design and build modern, responsive web applications using Next.js (React + TypeScript) and Node.js
• Collaborate with our product and design teams to build new features end-to-end
• Architect APIs and data workflows using Supabase, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced team following modern Git workflows and async communication
• Actively contribute to team discussions, feature planning, and technical decisions

Tech Stack

We work with a modern, TypeScript-based full-stack architecture:

Frontend & Full Stack:

• Next.js (React + TypeScript)
• Supabase/Firebase client (Auth, Realtime)

Backend:

• Node.js (TypeScript)
• Supabase (PostgreSQL) and MongoDB

Tools & Infra:

• GitHub, CI/CD
• AI productivity tools (CoPilot, Cursor)

Requirements

• ✔3–4 years of hands-on full-stack experience
• ✔Strong portfolio (GitHub or deployed live apps)
• ✔Solid experience building RESTful APIs
• ✔Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL & MongoDB)
• ✔Ability to work independently and own full features end-to-end
• ✔Clear written and verbal communication

Nice-to-Haves

• ✨Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations (e.g., embeddings, vector search)
• ✨Worked on serverless or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
