We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineering Monitor Section Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering and monitoring, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project engineering monitors in monitoring and evaluating the progress and performance of engineering projects.

• Develop and implement monitoring strategies and tools to track and report on project progress, milestones, and budget.

• Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within scope and timelines.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project performance.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

• Mentor and provide guidance to staff members to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project engineering and monitoring, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• PMP certification is a plus.
