Key responsibilities:

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and cost management.

• Professional certification (such as RICS or CIOB) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in industry-standard cost estimation software.

• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

• Extensive knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and regulations related to MEP systems, with the ability to conduct thorough code compliance reviews and ensure all designs meet required safety and efficiency standards.

• Proficient in CAD software to develop detailed MEP system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

• Skilled in the use of computer-aided design tools for creating precise MEP system drawings that align with project requirements.

• Experienced in CAD applications for the meticulous creation of MEP system drawings, guaranteeing precision and adherence to project specifications.
