OCC Manager

In this OCC Manager position

• You will design and execute OFR pricing activities and ensure timely, efficient and globally competitive RFQ responses.

• You will guide regions/countries on pricing and RFQ activities and monitor timely and accurate updating of local tariff.

• You will ensure the development and implementation of prices for various air freight customers and products including perishables, pharmaceutical, aviation, etc.

• You will oversee RFQ development and clearly communicate guidelines for development of RFQs, particularly for high priority RFQs provide detailed guidance and for critical RFQs conduct launch calls.

• You will ensure, that customer and airline requirements and service, cost and budgetary guidelines are met.

• You will direct the development and maintenance of databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.

• You will build and secure business relationships with customers and airlines.

• You will ensure the preparation of carrier performance reports and reviews.

• Periodically you will review processes and systems to enhance service quality and alignment with company’s direction and long-term goals.

• You will scan alternatives to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets.

• You will study issues, determine opportunities, and introduce best practices for OFR pricing focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

• You will oversee recent developments of new solutions, services, lane, and traffic development.

• You analyze complex issues, benchmark, identify opportunities and introduce best practices for OFR pricing focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

Now, here’s what we need from you.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• More than 6 years’ experience within the same field

• Excellent communicator in English, both written and Verbal.
