Key responsibilities:

Continuously updating and monitoring cost databases to reflect the latest shifts in market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory modifications, ensuring the accuracy and dependability of cost estimates throughout the lifecycle of projects.
Working closely with multifunctional groups, such as project managers, architects, and procurement experts, to amass vital data required for thorough cost assessments, covering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Taking part in evaluations of project bids, client interactions, and post-project appraisals, utilizing your proficiency to furnish advice on issues related to costs, assess discrepancies from anticipated expenses, and contribute to the organization's undertakings to improve comprehensive practices of cost estimation and project profitability.

SkillsBachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or a relevant degree from an accredited institution.

User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365.
