Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and procurement specialists, to gather essential data and information required for comprehensive cost assessments, taking into account factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.

• Continuously updating and monitoring cost databases to reflect the latest shifts in market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory modifications, ensuring the accuracy and dependability of cost estimates throughout the lifecycle of projects.

• Working closely with multifunctional groups, such as project managers, architects, and procurement experts, to amass vital data required for thorough cost assessments, covering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.

• Taking part in evaluations of project bids, client interactions, and post-project appraisals, utilizing your proficiency to furnish advice on issues related to costs, assess discrepancies from anticipated expenses, and contribute to the organization's undertakings to improve comprehensive practices of cost estimation and project profitability.

• Participating actively in appraisals of project bids, client engagements, and post-project assessments, using your proficiency to provide recommendations on cost-related subjects, evaluate deviations from anticipated expenses, and play a role in the organization's efforts to enhance holistic practices of cost estimation and project profitability.

• Involving yourself in evaluations of project bids, client interactions, and post-project evaluations, leveraging your proficiency to dispense guidance on cost-related affairs, appraise deviations from estimated expenditures, and contribute to the organization's campaigns to enhance overarching practices of cost estimation and project profitability.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or a relevant degree from an accredited institution.

• 3 Years of previous experience in a similar role.

• User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365.
