Al Rostamani Trading Company: Al Rostamani Trading Company is the sole authorized distributor of Suzuki and Citroën across the UAE, providing sales, service, and parts outlets throughout the country.
Job Purpose: The Branch Service Manager is responsible for managing a small branch and overseeing the receipt and delivery of customer vehicles to ensure service aligns with dealer policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating with the Workshop, Parts, and delivery team to achieve set targets while acting as a liaison between customers and concerned departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote service contracts and other service products to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
Handle petty cash, monthly bill settlements, and bank deposits.
Supervise workshop tools and equipment maintenance.
Ensure timely closure of work in progress to reflect branch revenue.
Receive, inspect, and deliver vehicles as per customer requirements.
Explain service details to customers to justify costs incurred.
Implement Work Instructions procedures for quick vehicle turnaround.
Notify customers of delays, parts non-availability, warranty coverage, etc.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Adhere to standard operating procedures to prevent dissatisfaction.
Handle accident repairs and obtain necessary approvals.
Submit reports for management review in a timely manner.
Job Requirements: Qualifications:
Diploma in automobile/mechanical engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a service advisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
Knowledge & Skills:
Product knowledge, probing skills, smart selling techniques.
Telephone handling and customer interaction skills.
Knowledge of automotive software DMS and technical software.
Sound technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair.
Valid UAE driver's license.
Analytical thinking ability.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
