Senior Accountant

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and provide insights to management on financial performance.
Financial Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow forecasting, monitor liquidity needs, and optimize cash management strategies to support business operations
Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, coordinate with external tax advisors, and prepare accurate and timely tax filings.
Audit Coordination:

Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Internal Controls:

Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in financial processes and systems.
Financial Systems Management:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, including accounting software and reporting tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressive responsibility.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; experience with ERP systems preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the agricultural industry, FMCG or tech sector is a plus.
