Our company is looking for a Salesman to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry. The Food Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling our food products to customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the food industry.

2. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.

3. Promote and sell our food products, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

5. Prepare sales contracts, quotations, and other relevant documents.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and improve product offerings.

7. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our food products.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

9. Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.

10. Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.

6. Knowledge of food products and the food industry.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

8. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

9. Valid driver's license and own transportation.

10. Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
