Software Product Owner - Air Traffic Management Solutions

Role and responsibilities

You will contribute to the solution definition, in close collaboration with TopSky Flow Manager’s Solution Owner, the Solution Architect, as well as the POs of the other squads (France and Portugal) and the stakeholders

• Contribute to define the features roadmap

• Gather users and stakeholders’ needs and feedbacks

The Proxy Product Owner works with a squad, a development team that builds and runs the product/components using SCRUM methodology.

You will be a member of an Agile Team and will

• Define the development Stories

• Prioritize the Team Backlog

• Maximize the value produced by the team

• Make sure that the Stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the Definition of Done.

As a key actor of the solution, the PPO works with the “Chapter leads” for Safety, Cyber, architecture and engineering aspect. The Chapter leads combine servant leadership with hands-on execution, working to improve a specific craft or function across the squads. They support people to develop and share their skills, equip them with tools and standard approaches.

You will contribute to shaping the future of safer, more efficient air travel through cutting-edge technological innovations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong ATM (Air Traffic Management) background with experience in

• Air Traffic Management systems

• Flight data management and processing

• Experience of managing a SW development items

• Understanding of SAAS model

• Understanding of cloud native architecture and DevOps implications (deployment without breaking changes. run, cyber security, costs etc…)

• Communication and open mindset skills to understand business and solution needs, collaborate with Dev team and conduct product demos in front of stakeholders

• Decision making ability in a time constrained environment to arbitrate between different options at the pace of the agile scale framework

• Strong commitment on outcomes to maximize the value for business and solutions

• Fluent English
