Senior Solutions Consultant- Dubai, UAE

• Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Senior Solutions Consultant with a Customer Service background who will partner with Sales across our Large Enterprise accounts to help drive digital transformations in both Service and Marketing.

• Solution Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to solve high-value challenges for customers.

• As a Senior Solution Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s solutions.

• You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels.

• You bring energy, curiosity and passion.

Who You Are And What Makes You Qualified:

• You’ve got 4+ years of experience in a presales role at a Customer Service based SaaS company. Or 2+ years in a pre-sales role with a background in contact Centre roles. We are customer-obsessed

• You will be a key member of the account team, a trusted partner to sales and own the overall solution strategy - building a strong internal network of supporting stakeholders. We treat employees like family

• You will attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes. We passionately genuinely care

• You’ll bring your creativity to build compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities and deliver presentations virtually and in person.
