Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Manage and administer project agreements for various assets, ensuring adherence to all terms and conditions. Proactively identify and address potential issues.

• Team Support: Provide proactive support to team members on day-to-day contract management and administration tasks across different projects.

• Contractual Communication: Draft and issue contractual notices and correspondence, and maintain accurate contractual registers.

• Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain registers related to project administration, including variations, claims, increased costs, approvals, and licenses for assets under construction.

• Claims Management: For operational assets, prepare and maintain registers of claims, increased costs, and major disputes with offtakers.

• Commercial Support: Assist project companies with commercial matters as needed.

• Disclosures: Support team members in disclosing material developments to the D&T committee.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience administering multiple complex contract agreements.

• Strong understanding of financial, commercial, and contractual matters.

• Expertise in drafting and issuing contractual letters, notices, agreements, and amendments.

• Working knowledge of contract law principles.

• Familiarity with design, engineering, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
