As the Regional Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, understanding market dynamics, and developing innovative strategies to enhance our product portfolio as well as the brand & communication ownership.
This role demands a mentality suited for start-ups and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and start from scratch, setting up new practices within your region.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in bakery marketing
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the bakery's brand and products
Create engaging content to be used across multiple platforms.
Identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion and managing new product development cycles with internal stakeholders
