Job Description
Job Outline:
Job purpose Monitor, control and interpret all relevant administration documentation (e.g., learners records, certifications, learners sign-off, regulatory licensing? etc) to ensure correct policy, standards and procedures are being applied and adhered to ? this includes supporting key stakeholders (e.g., SEP, GMT, AVECs)
Handle allocation of learners and days of operational changes to ensure learners are enrolled and reassigned to specific courses as required
Monitor and control the distribution of stationary and other learning material (e.g., course books, manuals? etc)
Process learners? enquiries regarding learning programs and certifications and act as a liaison with relevant stakeholders
Monitor status of mandatory online learning courses to ensure learners have completed assigned trainings and communicate non completion to the respective facilitators.
Create and manage various SharePoint and Team sites accessed by learners and facilitators and ensure relevant information are up to date
Provide technical support to enable new joiners to access various company applications and systems (eg. emails, portals, applications etc.). In addition, support all technical requirements (eg. classroom set ups, projectors, PCs etc.) within COE (CCT) to ensure a smooth running of the operations.
Maintain and support database on COE (CCT) assets, supplies and facilities, where required and escalate areas of concern to the respective stakeholders and suppliers. Moreover, raise and monitor all purchase order, ServiceNow and requisitions on behalf of COE (CCT) team members.
Experiene:
In-Flight Service/In-flight Administration : 3+ Years
Qualifications:
12 Years schooling or equivalent :
Experience in similar administration and support roles, preferably in a complex, multidisciplinary learning environment.
Knowledge/skills:
Ability to handle different systems and applications
Proficiency in using all office applications (e.g. PowerPoints, excel, word)
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Strong organisation skills and time management
