Job Description
Position: Rider Operations Coordinator
Location: Kuwait (Hybrid Model)
Department: Rider Operations
Reporting To: Rider Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Outbound Communications: Own, design, and write content for rider communications through email, push notifications, and internal websites.
Intel Gathering and Reporting: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather rider insights and report on industry trends and rider pain points.
Rider Engagement Events: Plan and oversee creative rider engagement events, managing the engagement budget for Kuwait.
Collaborative Projects: Work with local and central teams to launch various projects.
Seasonal Campaigns: Source partnerships and oversee perks campaigns focusing on seasonal activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with design, CRM tools, and HTML.
Experience working with diverse teams and partners from various backgrounds and nationalities.
Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
Confident, driven personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Hands-on approach.
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets, with an interest in data management.
