Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and oversee office activities, including managing correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
