Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and oversee office activities, including managing correspondence, filing, and record keeping.

  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
