QC Chemical Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Utilize various analytical instruments and techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and titration, to analyze samples and obtain accurate results.

• Prepare and maintain standards, reagents, and solutions necessary for chemical analyses.

• Record, analyze, and interpret test results, and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards, regulations, and guidelines.

• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of laboratory activities.

• Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in analytical methods and technologies.

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a QC Chemical Analyst in a laboratory setting.

• Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation and techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and titration.

• Experience with method development and validation.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing chemical analyses.

• Ability to interpret and analyze complex data and troubleshoot analytical issues.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using laboratory software and computer applications.
