Medical Representative

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products to healthcare professionals.

• Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.

• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer visits to maximize productivity.

• Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote our products and enhance brand awareness.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Knowledge of the local healthcare market and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
