Job Description

The Department of Nutrition and Health at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University, invites applicants for a full-time faculty position in Human Nutrition and/or Food Science at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank. The successful candidate must possess demonstrated skills in developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in human nutrition and food science-related subjects, including food service management, to dietetics and nutritional science students. Additionally, the candidate must have a demonstrable capability to develop and sustain internally and/or externally funded research projects in their area of expertise, publish research findings in high-impact journals, and actively engage in promoting the growth of the UAE University.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Human Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or closely related disciplines from an accredited university.

  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching undergraduate-level courses.
