Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate with 6 months to 1-year experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess Exceptional English Communication Skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
3. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems effectively.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
3. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
7. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
8. Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
9. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals and objectives.

Coordination with the Factory:

1. Collaborate with factory team members to ensure timely readiness of materials for orders.
2. Act as Liaison between Customer Operations and the Production team to streamline processes.
