Growth Marketer

IhsanHub is a small portfolio of web apps built for Muslims who want technology that reflects their values, not just tools that happen to work for them. Our products include Ijazah (an Islamic-aware PTO optimiser), TheMuslimTravels (flight booking with built-in sadaqah jariyah), and Munathir (an AI debate trainer).

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who can help us understand where our users come from, what brings them back, and how to reach more people who'd benefit from what we're building.

What you'd work on

• Running growth experiments across channels (SEO, email, communities, referral loops)
• Analysing what's working across our existing products and doubling down on it
• Setting up lightweight analytics and attribution across the portfolio
• Developing and testing hooks, landing page copy, and onboarding flows that convert
• Building referral or affiliate partnerships with values-aligned partners

Who we're looking for

• A generalist who's comfortable going from data to copy to experiment without needing a team
• Someone with strong instincts for what resonates with Muslim communities specifically
• Experience growing an early-stage product (ideally without a big budget)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Muslim SaaS, halal fintech, or values-led consumer products
• Experience with Reddit, LinkedIn, or Muslim community channels as growth surfaces
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content-led growth
