Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Lead. As the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and improving customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, maintaining strong communication with clients, and providing support to the team as needed. This role is located in Dubai.
Qualifications
Customer Service Management and Customer Support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience in customer service (At least 5 years)
Knowledge of relevant software and tools
Prior experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field
