What we're looking for
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving measurable results. You will have the support of our cross-functional team for campaign execution but will be expected to identify and develop strategies and opportunities independently.
Responsibilities
Analyze market, product, and campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels (e.g., digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO, in-app surfaces)
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and digital analytics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with preference for experience working on growth for digital consumer products
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel, SQL, or equivalent
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including ASO, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
Proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
