Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Technical Problem-Solving: Debug and resolve technical problems that arise during the development process.

  • Code Quality: Write efficient, well-designed, and testable code that adheres to client and company specifications.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve code quality and overall project efficiency by proposing new technologies or alternative approaches, presenting your findings for architectural review.

  • Code Development: Create efficient and testable code modules that meet application requirements and align with company coding standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Technical Skills:

    • Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using common design patterns

    • Expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and Java programming

    • Experience with Java EE platforms

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Additional Knowledge: (Plus points!)

    • Statistical Analysis

    • User Interface Design

    • Database Structures
