Corporate Fund and Entrepreneurship Senior Director

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive value creation strategies tailored to each portfolio company.

• Identify and facilitate synergies between portfolio companies and relevant internal business units.

• Leverage the corporation's resources and expertise to support portfolio companies' growth and value creation initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams, internal business units, and external partners.

• Serve as a catalyst for strategic partnerships between portfolio companies and Group Bus/ Subsidiaries.

• Continuously track the performance of portfolio companies against key metrics and strategic objectives.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities early on and take proactive measures to address them.

Job Responsibility (Cont.)

• Recommend strategies for portfolio optimization to enhance overall returns and value creation.

• Connect portfolio companies with relevant experts and resources within the Group units and external networks.

• Help startups identify and pursue monetization and integration opportunities with the group and its subsidiaries.

• Collaborate with internal business units and subsidiaries to develop and implement integration plans for portfolio companies.

• Streamline the integration process to minimize disruption and maximize value creation potential.

• Address regulatory and compliance requirements related to startup integration.
