Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

SVA is actively seeking a full-time Marketing & Development Coordinator. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and oversee the execution of the school marketing plan, including social media, new student marketing and outreach, donor marketing material and outreach, branding strategy, school update announcements (emails, newsletters)
• Manage and update SVA website
• Create relationships with local businesses for sponsorship and donation opportunities
• Identify local community members, organizations, and businesses where meaningful partnerships with the school can be established
• Work with administration on events, fundraising initiatives, and community opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2 years marketing experience
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter) and campaign management
• Experience in graphic design and design software, like Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator etc.
• Ability to use MS Office Programs, Googe Suite, MS Outlook
• Creative, collaborative, and flexible/able to adapt quickly to new situations
• Solid interpersonal skills — ability to build rapport with others and a team player.
• Exceptional and proven written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary commensurate with education, experience, and credentials and depends on part or full-time appointment: $15,000 to $40,000 range for 10-month contract
