JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst - Integration is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, testing and support of all assigned system to system interfaces both internal and external to Sidra Medicine.
Solid Application Analyst skill includes-
S/he attains expert technical competency required to support integration project deliverables and to support the integration production and non-production environments.
The post holder adheres and is aligned to all the defined processes in the implementation and support of integration solutions.
S/he particulates in analysis and designing of business process, training development and deployment planning.
Executes task assignments within established timeframes and complies with requirements for status reporting. The incumbent provides expert knowledge of the integration toolsets at Sidra. And supports all phases of the development lifecycle inclusive all testing cycles; Utilizes standards and procedures to ensure uniform high quality in all projects.
Solid operational support skills -S/he monitors all assigned interfaces in the live environment; ensures accurate recording and timely execution of integration issues. The post holder is responsible for timely and accurate investigation of assigned integration issues working closely with the service desk, vendors and 3rd parties. The post holder effectively communicates complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Conducts job duties and responsibilities according to the organization's business systems development and delivery methodology.
Utilizes workflow and data integration documentation to formulate detailed interface design, implementation plan and associated work estimates required for complete solution delivery.
Responsible for construction, testing and deployment of interfaces as per approved design.
Assists the Integration Manager and Integration Specialists in analyzing current and future state workflows and data integration documentation.
Identification of opportunities for process improvements in existing and new projects.
Performs maintenance and tuning work as directed by the Integration Manager and specialists.
Provides recommendations for improvements, enhancements and innovations in assigned area to support high quality patient care, safety and research.
Supports the Integration Interface production installation and go-live events including updating all elements of the production integration technical support documentation.
Contributes to communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer to leadership and peers.
Responds to service requests and coordinates issue resolution
Responsibility for 24x7 on-call support for existing production interfaces on a rotational basis.
Responds quickly and efficiently to any assigned incident that is sent via help desk to the team in accordance to Sidra service/support model.
Develops solution modifications, configuration, and workflows based on business requirements.
Develops and executes test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts as and when required.
Participates in Defect Management processes and resolution.
Provides first line support for service requests.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: ESSENTIAL PREFERRED
Education Bachelor Degree Level Qualification
Experience
5+ years as an Integration Analyst/Developer utilizing best practice integration techniques and development methodologies inclusive of
Strong familiarity and experience with business processes and data flows in healthcare delivery settings, including knowledge of XML, X12, EDIFACT, DFT, Supply Chain, ADT, Order Results, and Bill transaction sets, is highly desirable.
Significant experience utilizing real time and batch processing with TCP/IP, ODBC, HL7, Flat File and FTP.
Experience of working in Agile teams using Agile processes.
Experienced and proficient in standard integration messaging structures including HL7, X-12 and other healthcare integrations, and communication protocols.
Strong familiarity and experience with business processes and data flows in healthcare delivery settings, including knowledge of Web services using SOAP and REST APIs, XML, patient registrations, orders and results generations through HL7 messages integrations. Knowledge of ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, Supply Chain and Billing is highly desirable.
Significant experience utilizing real time and batch processing with TCP/IP, ODBC, HL7, Flat File and secured FTP.
Experience of working in Agile teams using Agile processes.
5 Years healthcare IT experience.
Experience on any integration engine is preferred.
Experience on OIC (Oracle Cloud Integration)
Certification and Licensure Cloverleaf Level 3 or any similar tool Certification

Job Specific Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of Clinical Healthcare in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Cloverleaf or OIC or any other integration knowledge is desired.
Experience in Cloverleaf Engine suite or any other integration tool.
Knowledge of Oracle integration cloud and associated components is preferred.
Knowledge of Technical Service Delivery Methodologies and Interface Related Knowledge Management
Demonstrated knowledge of Clinical Healthcare in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with interface engine technology is required.
Progressive experience in a healthcare IT environment is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Cerner FSI and CCL scripting.
Knowledge of Cerner applications like PM office, Power chart and core code builder.
Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Sidra Medicine is a 400-bed women's and children's hospital, medical education and biomedical research center in Doha, Qatar. The hospital first opened its outpatient facility in 2016, followed by its inpatient hospital in January 2018. Qatar Foundation, a quasi-government organization, allotted a massive $7.9 billion budget for the hospital's construction. It first selected the center's contractors in 2008 but in 2014 assigned new contractors to complete the project. Biomedical research first began at Sidra in 2015. Outpatient care facilities and services were inaugurated in May 2016; as of 2018 there are at least 50 outpatient facilities. Throughout 2017, more than 25,000 people were treated at the hospital's outpatient clinic. On 14 January 2018, Sidra launched its inpatient hospital with 400 beds, treating 10 patients on its initial day of opening. The hospital is expected to become fully commissioned sometime in 2018, after the construction of an emergency department and the addition of further services.
