Job Description
This educational institution in Qatar is seeking a qualified and organized HR Administrator to join their team!
Please note that this position requires you to already be in Qatar and have a family visa.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide vital support across various HR functions, ensuring compliance with Qatari laws, the school's philosophy, and local culture.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records for staff attendance, leave requests, documents, and other HR-related matters.
Assist with the payroll process.
Support the development and implementation of professional development plans for staff.
Assist with the recruitment process for new staff.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in administration and HR (required).
Excellent organizational and time management skills (required).
Proficiency with IT tools (required).
Fluency in English and Arabic (required).
Spanish language fluency (desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions (required).
Strong work ethic and reliable character (required).
