Sales Administrator

This position is responsible for coordinating various sales administration activities to meet customers’ requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date information on Cannibalized vehicles and follow up on their maintenance.

• Coordinate the repair of newly received damaged vehicles with the Service and Parts Departments.

• Coordinate the repair estimates of newly received damaged vehicles with the company’s insurance company.

• Coordinate the transportation of newly received vehicles kingdom-wide.

• Maintain all documents related to newly received vehicles.

• Keep up-to-date information on all newly received vehicles in the system.

• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain all registration documents and correspondences for newly received vehicles.

• Prepare reports on newly received damaged vehicles.

Reporting Line: This position reports to the Sales Administration Manager.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Good computer skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
