• Ensure product availability and source out new product range.

• Achieve margin in line with market competition.

• Source more reliable supplier, improve terms of trade and bring down cost.

• Price benchmarking with other competitors.

• Share analytical information to stores based on weekly performance i.e. Sales,Margin & Stocks.

• Develop a systematic approach to obtain reliable feedbacks on customer behavior and customer needs.

• Source purchase direct from local farms and Meat Slaughter House Supplier to provide freshness and competitiveness.

• Help stores interact with customer feedbacks or complaints whenever isnecessary to improve customer relation.

• Establish a system to share products between store branches on new and slow.

Any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
