Early Years Classroom Teacher

We are seeking dedicated and qualified teachers to join our vibrant team for both our Nursery and Primary School programs.

Our Ideal Candidates:

• Foundation (Montessori):

  • A minimum of a Cache Level 3 Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Years Education (or a related field with a specialization in Early Childhood Education).

  • A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Teaching Diploma etc.).

• Primary (Cambridge Primary):

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or a relevant specialization) and a recognized teaching certification.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.

• Qualities for all teachers:

  • A proven track record of excellence in early childhood education.

  • A commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

  • Strong English language proficiency (equivalent to IELTS Band 7 or higher for non-native speakers).

  • Excellent technology integration skills to enhance the learning experience.

Bonus Points for:

• A Master's Degree in Education.

• Two or more years of successful teaching experience in high-performing international schools.

• Demonstrated experience in Inclusion, Special Educational Needs (SEND), or English as an Additional Language (EAL).

• Additional relevant qualifications and a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
