Job Description
Quran.Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, donor relations, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Role Responsibilities- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
- Manage donor emails and complaints, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide general administrative support to team members.
- Execute basic project management tasks, overseeing timelines and tasks to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Conduct timely research as needed, proactively gathering essential information.
- Maintain records of user testimonials.
- Effectively communicate necessary information to team members.
- Maintain a database of prospective volunteer skillsets.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them as necessary.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Draft, update, and manage various documents, spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Process and track expenses.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in planning and coordinating live online events.
- Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
Qualifications- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google docs, sheets, calendars, Mailchimp (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
