Job Description
We are assembling a team of quantum computing enthusiasts to champion PASQAL technology and educate the market about the power of neutral atom quantum computing in the Middle East. As the Senior Sales Manager Middle East, you will oversee sales and technical operations in the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia. Your role involves driving the sales process, managing business-to-business strategies, and expanding PASQAL's presence in Europe. Working closely with the global sales team, you will contribute to our mission of unlocking the potential of quantum computing. Ideally based in Dammam or Riyadh, your duties include:
Achieving and exceeding annual sales targets for the assigned territory and accounts.
Developing and implementing B2B sales strategies and growth plans.
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Communicating the unique value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
Conducting market and competitive analysis in quantum computing.
Prospecting and engaging with potential customers across Europe.
Participating in industry events and conferences to showcase PASQAL products.
Reporting sales results to senior management.
Leading government relations and regulatory approvals.
Guiding marketing and PR efforts to establish PASQAL's visibility.
Collaborating with headquarters on QPU deployment in Saudi Arabia.
About You
Master's degree in commerce/business.
7 years' experience in sales/business development, ideally in deep-tech.
Proven experience in leading complex enterprise solutions sales.
In-depth knowledge of the European quantum computing industry.
Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills.
Experience managing a national technical sales team.
Ability to forge strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
Motivation, leadership, and team spirit.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge or interest in quantum computing or related fields.
Experience in a startup (preferred).
