Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic multimedia initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
Lead the creation of a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to enhance awareness and market presence.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key business opportunities.
Develop the Go to Market strategies for new business ventures to serve the business objectives to include the following:-
Content creation and Development-
Oversee the creation and distribution of multimedia content across various platforms (video, social media, digital advertising, etc.).
Innovate new formats and channels for engaging target.- Manage the creation of the content that includes videos, Press materials, interviews, etc.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage public relations strategies and maintain relation with Media.
Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
Manage events that are related to external parties and partnerships.
Develop and manage strategic marketing plans for external partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee joint marketing initiatives and co-branding efforts with external parties.
Ensure alignment of external marketing
Guide and mentor a team of executives providing assistance where necessary
To train and monitor the performance of the team ensuring that all KPI's and development Objectives are met
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
Proactively take responsibilities of self-improvements by staying well-informed of developments in local and international media trends, innovations in telecom.
Other duties as directed by direct supervisor or other superiors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Job specific technical Skills:
8-9 required years of experience in marketing, and public relations.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multimedia and marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its market dynamics.
Experience in managing strategic marketing relationships with external parties.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and multimedia software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
Solid ability to present to senior audiences and facilitate the same.
Strong executive level presence.
Superior organizational skills.
Strong experience managing teams.
