Cash Application Specialist: Dammam

Job Responsibilities:

• Generating, monitoring, and recording Bank statements on daily basis.

• Review, interpret and discuss remittances from clients for data accuracy.

• Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs.

• Ensure accuracy of cash postings by contacting related Credit and Collection and other related personnel.

• Interface with the Credit and Collections function, Account Managers and Branch Managers to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies.

• Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis, and creating new filing systems as needed.

• Identify issues with billing, pricing, or other customer service areas.

• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirement.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting preferred.

• English proficiency is a MUST.

• Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications (2-5 years)

• Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.

• Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.

• Superb written and verbal communications skills.

Computer Skills:

• All Microsoft-related applications

• J.D. Edwards "One World”, SAGE, Oracle integrated management system.
