About Us:
We’re an online education business helping Muslims to start businesses that allow them to have a positive impact in the world. We’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join us and help manage a diverse range of tasks.
Our team is global, spanning UK, Australia, Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan and Indonesia. So location doesn't matter - just your attitude and work ethic does.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is quick to learn and enthusiastic about developing new skills. This role involves supporting a variety of tasks, from monitoring Facebook ads and editing marketing funnel pages to assisting with personal shopping and research.
This is a full-time role. Most suitable for people living outside of the West, in lower cost-of-living countries.
Full training will be provided for all necessary skills, but we expect the candidate to bring a core set of traits and abilities to the role such as: hard work, ability to learn quickly, excellent written communication, attention to detail and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Researching solutions to admin, customer service and marketing issues. Compiling and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Writing customer-facing communications informing them of updates, providing important information and requesting action from them.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Assisting with the planning and execution of projects.
Making changes to website pages, Facebook ads and email marketing (training provided).
Data entry and maintenance.
Miscellaneous business and personal tasks.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role.
Familiarity with Facebook advertising and marketing funnels.
Strong research skills and ability to compile information effectively.
Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Google Drive and Trello.
