Job Description

  • Safety First Mentality: Promote a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and fostering a culture of safety.

  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care and maximize patient well-being.

  • Resource Efficiency Expert: Contribute to cost-effectiveness by optimizing resource utilization through judicious use of staff, equipment, and supplies.

  • Mentor and Preceptor: Share your knowledge and expertise by participating in the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students.

You're a Perfect Match If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree/Diploma in Nursing (no experience required for Saudi candidates with a Bachelor's Degree).

  • Two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting (for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree) or four (4) years (for candidates with an Associate's Degree/Diploma).

  • A current Registered Nurse license from your country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure.

  • A strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership potential and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
