Senior recruitment representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Representative to join our team. You will play a vital role in overseeing the recruitment process for all hospital vacancies, ensuring they find qualified candidates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and processing offer letters.

• Build a strong database of potential candidates through various channels (direct applications, advertisements, agencies).

• Screen applications against job descriptions, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct pre-screening interviews (phone or face-to-face).

• Administer English language tests to assess candidates' suitability for the hospital's dynamic work environment.

• Maintain accurate records of applicant data, interview scores, and updates within the hospital's HR system.

• Draft and initiate employment offer letters, outlining benefits and eligibility based on position and grade.

• Conduct reference checks and facilitate medical test reviews for new hires.

• Maintain clear records of visa utilization for new hires.

• Provide support to the HR management team in attending and scheduling visits to universities, job fairs, and conferences to enhance the hospital's reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment (depending on grade level).

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

• Must be a Saudi national.
