Sales Specialist

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.

• Establish a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market as assigned.

• Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only Candidates currently based in Kuwait will be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or biotechnology.

• Proven sales experience in Lab Equipment.

• Must have a valid Kuwait Driver’s License.

• Willingness to travel locally as well as regionally, as required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Results-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
