RD&A Technician

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for sampling externally to our customers and internally to Kerry sites.

• Perform compounding, processing and sample making within the wet and dry food ingredient products.

• To prepare golden standard samples for production

• Maintain raw material master list including Collection samples.

• Assisting with goods receiving and dispatching for RD&A

• Finished goods, raw material, packaging ordering and maintaining stock control, when requested.

• Navigating SAP and Salesforce network systems.

• Assisting in MDG work process and supporting creation of new FERT and RM codes

• Ensure Good Laboratory Practice manual expectations are met. Maintains record documentation, including upkeep of equipment, and general cleaning of work areas. Actively participates in quality improvement for the function.

• Performa housekeeping duties for pilot-plant and sample room.

• Ensure maintenance of equipment and RD&A area in general.

• Administrative support to RD&A Management team with data capturing, reports and presentation preparations and other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum diploma in Food Sciences or any other related discipline

• 0-2 years experience in a similar role in food company and food processing.

• Knowledge in basic SAP and using shipping tools such as DHL, UPS and Salesforce will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Fluent communication and writing skills in English

• Able to work independently and proactively as well as work under pressure

• Strong attention to details and technical accuracy

• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the completion of tasks
