Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Payroll Administrator to join our award-winning team based in Kuwait City.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Assist in Payroll processes.

• Handle cheque preparations.

• Monitoring timesheet submissions and approvals.

• Process Leave applications.

• EOS computations per labor law.

• Documentation.

• Payslip dispatch.

• Respond to employees on payroll queries.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 3 - 5 years of work experience in a payroll or administrative role partnered with a Bachelor degree in Financial Accounting or other related field.

• Experience and good knowledge of MS office - especially Excel is a must.

• Prior experience in Payroll processing is not necessary, as training will be provided.

• Good mathematical skills and strong attention to details.

• Ability to handle confidential information.
