Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Helpdesk and remote and on-site support to Bahrain, Lebanon, and Saudi employees, sites, and offices. Including any future sites/offices in the Middle East region.
Remote helpdesk support to UK employees working alongside the UK IT department
Middle east working hours, 6.30am UK to 3pm UK
Reporting and Compliance Duties
Assisting UK team with testing new policies, procedures, and settings
DeltekPIM support
Data comparison between IT Management systems
Regional IT hardware procurement liaison
Vulnerability Remediations
Asset Registration of Equipment in ME Offices
Preferable Experience:
Office 365
Dynamics 365
PowerBI nice but not essential
Intune/Endpoint Manager
Understanding of Powershell
Remote support tools
Remote management tools
Other Requirements
Driving license preferred for commuting to office in Seef
Passport, ability to travel to Bahrain, Lebanon, KSA, UK
