General Physician

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare is seeking a qualified and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join their team in Dhahran, Al Hasa, Ras Tanura, Abqaiq, or Udahliyah, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across various outpatient settings. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, perform preventive care procedures, and collaborate with specialists as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnoses.

• Develop and implement treatment plans using medication, therapy, or other interventions.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory and X-ray studies.

• Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations and health screenings.

• Manage chronic health conditions.

• Refer patients to specialists for more complex care when necessary.

• Educate and counsel patients on health-related topics.

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

• Participate in professional development and continuing medical education activities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree (required).

• Minimum of two years of experience in general practice after internship (required).

• Current medical license from the country of origin (required).

• Proficiency in English (required).

• Arabic language fluency preferred (a plus).

• Strong clinical skills and diagnostic reasoning abilities (required).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills (required).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required).

• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice (required).
