Job Description
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments, including salaries, wages ,overtime and deductions, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Generating various payroll reports, such as tax filings, wage statements, and labor cost analyses, to support the financial reporting and auditing functions of the organization, is an additional expectation of the Payroll Officer.
Working hand in hand with the HR department, the Payroll Officer will actively participate in the establishment of payroll-related protocols and processes, and offer extensive support in addressing any inquiries or issues related to payroll that employees may have.
Creating different types of payroll reports, such as tax filings, wage statements, and labor cost analyses, to aid the organization's financial reporting and auditing endeavors, is an extra obligation for the Payroll Officer.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, HR personnel, and external stakeholders to address employee inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.
Impeccable attention to detail and precision, guaranteeing that every payroll detail is meticulously processed, comprehensively examined, and precisely documented according to company protocols and regulatory standards.
Experienced in leveraging multiple payroll software tools, showcasing in-depth understanding of payroll procedures, encompassing precise data input, accurate wage computations, and meticulous management of tax deductions.
Documented familiarity with pertinent labor regulations, tax guidelines, and compliance mandates, with the aptitude to keep pace with evolving industry norms to ensure the accurate and lawful management of payroll responsibilities.
