Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their pest control requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for business growth.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and the delivery of high-quality services.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.

• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win new business.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
