Masjid Suite is a digital platform designed to help mosques manage their operations, engage their communities, and deliver services more effectively. We’re looking for friendly, confident, and organized people to introduce Masjid Suite to mosques and help them get started successfully.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a personable and proactive Masjid Onboarding & Relations Specialist to connect with mosque leaders, administrators, imams, and trustees. You’ll explain how Masjid Suite can benefit their mosque and community, answer questions, guide interested organizations through registration and onboarding, and build strong ongoing relationships.

This is a remote role with a fixed hourly rate for every mosque successfully onboarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from mosque leaders, administrators, imams, and trustees
• Explain Masjid Suite clearly by phone, email, or video call
• Demonstrate how the platform can benefit the mosque and its community
• Answer questions about features, pricing, setup, and onboarding
• Guide interested mosques through registration and account setup
• Follow up with prospects and maintain positive relationships
• Track conversations, onboarding progress, and follow-up activities
• Record feedback and share insights with the internal team
• Keep contact information and prospect records accurate and up to date
• Support outreach initiatives and help expand Masjid Suite’s mosque network

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with imams, trustees, mosque leaders, and administrators
• Confident using online software, email, and video-calling platforms
• Fluent in English; additional community languages are helpful
• Sales, customer service, onboarding, or community outreach experience is beneficial
• Previous experience working with mosques or community organizations is an advantage

Compensation

• Fixed hourly rate, paid only for hours worked, including when we receive a call from a masjid and you complete the onboarding
• Part-time and remote
