Job Description
We are searching for a talented and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in sourcing goods and services that support our manufacturing, field operations, and project management activities.
What You'll Do
Strategic Sourcing: Plan and execute sourcing strategies for goods and services, ensuring alignment with company policies and category management strategies.
Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting bid solicitations, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure the best value for the company.
Local Procurement: Implement agreements for local procurement needs outside of established category management processes.
Supplier Performance: Monitor and assess supplier performance, conducting regular reviews to ensure ongoing quality, delivery, and pricing standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the procurement function.
