Job Description

Core Functions

  • Responsible for plant start-up, shutdown and change of mode in production, and water treatment of Air Separation Unit (ASU)

  • Accountable for ensuring filled tankers are analyzed for purity

  • Prepare the tanker and coordinate with SO control room for off-take products

  • Serves as the liaison officer of plant premises in absence of the Production Head

  • Oversee the maintenance up-keep of the control room and BU plant area

  • Ensure proper handover of shift duties/activities to the next shift on duty

  • On stand-by for work related phone inquiries even on off duty hours when needed

  • Train subordinates for their development and awareness of plant activities.

  • Strictly follow the SOP/SMP’s for plant operations

  • Efficiently utilize ERP system to fulfil job requirement

  • Attend monthly safety meeting and prepares RCA in case of any incident inside plant

  • Coordinate with employees in case of safety mock drill and responsible for reporting cases of emergencies inside BU

  • Protect environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development

  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
