• Negotiate contract and clos sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and reliable information to customer.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecast and market analyses to management.

• Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Skills

• 5-7 years of proven experience in diesel generator set/engine sales, preferably in the UAE.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Deep knowledge of the UAE market and its dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Passion for driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Strong understanding of diesel engines, including their mechanics, maintenance, and applications.

• Familiarity with current industry standards, emissions regulations, and technological advancements in diesel engines.

• Willingness to continuously update knowledge about new products, technologies, and industry trends.

• Professional demeanor and appearance to represent the company positively.

• Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
