We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary and Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait. The Nursery Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the nursery, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to contribute to the success of a nursery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the nursery's administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the nursery staff.

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

• Assist with enrollment and registration processes, including collecting and organizing necessary documents and fees.

• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

• Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.

• Collaborate with the nursery staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for the children.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space.

• Provide support to the nursery staff in various administrative tasks as required.
